Barrier Island infused their Pure Flake Salt with Provence-style rosé made by their neighbors at Chatham Vineyards. The result is a blushing pink salt with a subtle kiss of raspberry and white peach. Adds an elegant hint of color and oceanic flavor to cakes, cookies, ice cream or whipping cream over fruit for the perfect salty-sweet combination.
