For a gift that’s sure to please, we offer gift cards online and in store and they are redeemable for both. Online gift cards will be sent in an email that you can forward to the recipient. If you have any questions, call one of our locations listed here and we'll be happy to assist!

We ship most orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Once your package is with the carrier, we cannot control how quickly it will arrive. We use UPS for most orders and some East Coast orders can arrive as quickly as next day (typically 2-3 days). For longer distances, check with the carrier for delivery estimates. We understand that free shipping is a common expectation these days. The truth is there is no such thing. We pack your orders with love, safely hand them off to our hardworking UPS or postal carriers, who bring them to you! Stay in touch via our newsletter or Instagram as we do offer free shipping for our customers on special occasions.

For our local customers, we’re happy to offer pick-up services!  Place your order online and choose pick-up at checkout.

1. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready — typically in 2-3 days (or less). 
2. Swing by during our business hours to get your goods! When you arrive, come inside and a member of our team will bring you your order.

We do not currently ship internationally. If there's something you have your heart set on, email us at care@shopsaltandsundry.com , and we will gladly look into shipping options for you.

Absolutely! We are happy to ship any item from our shops. Just send us an email to care@shopsaltandsundry.com and we'll take care of it!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us via email at care@shopsaltandsundry.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
